The Port of Raln crisis was an event occurring in Keltechra as part of the greater interŋational crises generated by the Maraśań Civil War. Following the union of the royalist and merchant factions into the Maraśań interim government, former Admiral Aiń Wfe Viqy Śaeł disobeyed orders from the Keltechran government to return her fleet to Keltechra, instead sending roughly half of the Keltechran navy towards Maraśa, stating her wishes to be to establish democracy in the country.
Leadup
On the 10th of October, Admiral Viqy left the Keltechran port of Raln with her navy, intending to sail to Maraśa to establish democracy there.[1] Before exiting Keltechran waters, half the navy mutinied, and returned to the service of the government.[2] The rest of the world was informed of this on the following day,[3] at which point the government of Keltechra had been made aware of the planned route of the fleet.

Journey
Following the announcement, the government of Araçana announced a large part of their forces, led by Grand Admiral Semhiba i-Mahaçer, had also defected to join the rogue Keltechran fleet. Half of these were destroyed by the fleet of Enkavak in Southern Rivers before they were able to link up with Viqy. As the rogue fleet approached Stej Ven, it split in two. The main component, about three fifths of the fleet, was led north by Viqy, through the Archipelagian Straits, then east across Ximh Gwynh and Miŋejácár. The secondary component, about two fifths, was led by one of Viqy‘s loyalists, Aiń Fiv Fwny Śaeł. It was planned to sail east across Coldba and Murben't, then through the straits of Pua Minor. The two fleets would then rejoin near the Showhen Islands in the Great Sea. Following the finding of this trajectory, the Gulf Union, Thasusan Union and ŊATO began planning a response, spearheaded by Imerchal stating it would assemble its primary fleet in the Great Sea. Enkavak, having already participated in fighting the rogue fleet before this announcement, quickly joined in.[4][5]
Battle of Murben't
On the afternoon of the 11th, the rogue fleet was spotted off the coast of Dróstsiśtsi.[6] The military at Murben't[7] and the fleet at Pòjaj[8] mobilised in response, aiming to intercept the detachment led by Fwny. Not long after, the fleet led by Fwny came under attack at Murben't. They managed to inflict significant casualties, but were ultimately annihilated when the fleet of Pojaj reinforced the Atlantic armies. Fwny was captured at Murben't, ending the southern theatre of the crisis.

Battle of the Great Sea
Before the fleets converged in the Great Sea, a detachment led by Lit Kạn Riàm Lúy kụ Māy, King of Lúy Huà, joined the rogue fleet. This would be the only ŋation whose legitimate government sided with the rebels. In addition, 6 fishing boats from sq's Territories stumbled directly into the line of battle despite living nowhere near it. It was only after these events that the first day of the Battle of the Great Sea began with Imerchali ships firing on the fleet of Viqy. As the day wore on, the rogue fleet was able to hold off the allies despite their numerical disadvantage, and the fighting proved inconclusive. However, King Māy was killed in the fighting[9], ending Lúy Huà‘s participation in the conflict and dealing a blow to the morale of the rogue fleet. Some have blamed the lack of success of ŊATO forces on the first day on the drunkenness of the Atlantic sailors, which was a result of a translation error on the part of logistics.[10]
Before the second of battle could begin, Kyaw Cen completed a military airbase on the Showhen Islands, allowing battle ghasts from Nāroňpār to participate in the battle. Suqi arrived to support ŊATO-Imerchali forces for unknown reasons, and a token force from the Maraśań Ocean Priests arrived to support the rogue fleet, including admiral Áń Rup Cáłińa Ámájic.
The second day began with another Imerchali volley against the rebel fleet, although this initial advantage was quickly countered by friendly fire from Kozdenen striking first blood. Nonetheless, ŊATO-Imerchali forces began to gain the advantage, and Grand Admiral Semhiba i-Mahaçer was killed in the fighting. After this, the Araçanni-held centre began to falter, and the cohesion of the rebel fleet began to collapse. The remaining 80 ships scattered, each going its own way, including both remaining admirals Viqy and Cáłińa. Half of them were surrounded by allied forces near the site of the battle, and surrendered. Of the remaining 40, 7 ships fled north through enemy lines to get to Tanzang, but they were quickly destroyed. 11 ships crossed through Miŋejácár and Spansos Gaming until they were stopped by a blockade on the border with Hummland, 7 ships fled to the nearest neutral port in Xarslasja, where they surrendered to ŊATO-Imerchali forces, including the admiral Viqy. 11 more reached Rauratoshan, but 7 of these were shot down by the local coast guard, including the ship of admiral Cáłińa. The remaining 4 limped into Maraśań waters, where they met Imerchali ships and Nāroňpāri ghasts, and surrendered. Thus the rogue fleet was completely annihilated, and the crisis ended[11].
